For orders within India: 

• We charge a standard shipping rate of INR 100 on all orders below Rs. 1500 Pan – India

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days(excluding weekends & public holidays). Delivery time for orders is between 6-8 business days from the day of dispatch depending on your location.We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer.

• In case of Curfew/lockdown delays can happen. We request you to be patient while we work upon getting your order delivered. Please note that no cancellations/refunds shall be processed in this case. 

• Tracking Number for the Courier would be provided to you over Email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped. It takes about 6-8 Business days to deliver Pan India(depending on your location).

• In the shipping details while checking out, please make sure of putting down an address where there is someone to receive the parcel.  In case courier is sent back to us due to your unavailability at the location, standard courier charges shall apply to send it again. Usually 2 delivery attempts are made by the courier Partner before the package is sent back to us.

• We request you to provide complete & Correct shipping details while placing your order. Sugar by Surbhi doesn’t take any liability of shipment with incorrect shipping details. 

• In case of any Courier Delivery discrepancies, Kindly Report the concern within 24hours of receiving delivery message(sent to your registered Email and Phone no.)
